Bass Rock |
| Description: |
The Bass Rock sits offshore near North Berwick and is 350 ft (106.5m) high. As well as the
lighthouse and foghorn station there are thousands of very noisy seabirds, mostly Gannets. The rock hosts
the third largest gannetry in the world. The birds can be seen via TV cameras which relay live
pictures to the Seabird Centre in North Berwick.
