Introduction to Edinburgh
Edinburgh is famous world-wide for its historical architecture and lively atmosphere. With the castle, shown right, as a centre point, the city has so much to offer the visitor. With the new Scottish Parliament cementing its capital status, Edinburgh is living history with its famous streets, classic buildings and world-class museums.
	Not only does Edinburgh offer a compact central area to explore, its maritime neighbour, the Port of Leith, has been slowly acquiring new attractions of its own including the former Royal Yacht Britannia. seen here.
